USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the TaleTimes mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is made between TALETIMES YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Company”) and the individual using the App (“User”).

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

TaleTimes is an educational platform designed for children and schools. It provides AI-generated stories and interactive reading experiences.

3. TERMS OF USE

• The App is suitable for users under 13 with parental/teacher supervision.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information.
• Account credentials must be kept secure.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App (texts, visuals, audio, designs, etc.) is owned by the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

5. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Your account may be suspended or terminated in the following cases:

• Sharing inappropriate content
• Violating other users’ rights
• Misusing the system or automated access

6. PRIVACY

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users may request data deletion.

7. DISCLAIMER

Content may not be fully human-reviewed. The Company does not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted service.

8. MODIFICATIONS

The Company may update this agreement at any time. Updates will be announced within the App and will become effective immediately.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
